A document may be blocked due to the following reasons:
Incorrect jurisdiction
Only the documents which are available in your plan/jurisdiction are available to you. If you are not in the correct jurisdiction then the document is not accessible by you. Click here to know more about how you can change the jurisdiction of the documents.
Not available in the free trial
If you are on a free trial, you get access to only one document for FREE.
After you use your first document credit for free, all other documents will be locked. You can either purchase a single document or upgrade to one of our plans.
