How do I Upgrade?

Please note that you need to be a billing admin of your organisation in order to continue with this process.

You can upgrade to a plan by following one of the given ways:

  • Upgrade Button

  • Preview of a Document

  • Inside a Document

Upgrade Button

Step 1: Click on Upgrade button on the top left side of the platform.

Step 2: Select the plan you want and click on Choose Plan/Unlock Zegal Now. You can choose between the monthly and annual payment options.


Step 3: Add your card details by clicking on Add card (if you haven't already).

Step 4: Agree to our Payment Terms and Terms of Service by clicking on the box as shown below.

Click on Complete purchase.


Preview of a Document

Step 1: Click on the Preview of any document under Popular Templates

Step 2: Select the plan you want and click on Choose Plan/Unlock Zegal Now. You can choose between the monthly and annual payment options.


Step 3: Add your card details by clicking on Add card (if you haven't already).

Step 4: Agree to our Payment Terms and Terms of Service by clicking on the box as shown below.

Click on Complete purchase.


Inside a Document

If you are already working on a document, or have entered the answers to the document builder questions, you will see a big banner on the top of the document.

Step 1: Click on Unlock Template.

Step 2: Select the plan you want and click on Choose Plan/Unlock Zegal Now. You can choose between the monthly and annual payment options.

Step 3: Add your card details by clicking on Add card (if you haven't already).

Step 4: Agree to our Payment Terms and Terms of Service by clicking on the box as shown below.

Click on Complete purchase.
