How Do I Change My Email Address?

Your Zegal account is tied to an email address. If you have registered using the wrong email address or would like to change your email address in the course of your subscription, you can achieve that by adding the new email address as a new user.

Please note that you need to be an admin of your organisation to be able to add/ remover users.

How to change your email address

Step 1: Click on the Settings by clicking on the profile card on the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Click on My Organisation.

Step 3: Click on Add.

Step 4: Fill in the First name, Last name, Email, Access rights (Admin/Member). Then, click on Add.

Step 5: Optionally, remove the user with the email address that is not needed anymore by clicking on Remove icon (X).
