Step 1: Log in to the Zegal App using your credentials.
Once logged in, navigate to the "All Documents" section. If you don't see the list of documents, click on the three horizontal lines located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2 : In the "All Documents" view, locate the specific document for which you need to re-invite the signer. Click on that document to proceed.
Step 3: After selecting the document, find the "Notify" button in the "Sign" step and click on it.
This action will trigger an email notification to the signer, inviting them to sign the document.
Auto - Reminders
You can also set auto-reminders to your signers. This will automatically trigger email reminders based on your settings, until the signer signs the document.
To set up auto-reminders, click on the "Reminder" button next to the "Invite" button.
Set up the first reminder and the recurring reminder days, and click on Apply.
