In order to change the email address of a contact on a finalized document, follow these steps:

Step 2: Duplicate the finalized document. Click here to learn how to duplicate a document.
Note: You can not make any changes in a finalized document. However, you can duplicate the finalized document and make the required changes in the duplicated document.
The changed email address will appear in a duplicated document.
