What should I do if a user/ signer has not received the document?

This article explains what to do when a signatory has not received the document

Step 1:

If the user/signer has not received the document invitation email, start by checking whether the email address of a signatory is correct.

Click here to know how you can change the email address of a contact/signer.

Step 2:

If you are sure that the email address is correct, the second step is to check if the email invitation for signature has been sent.

To do so, open the document and navigate to the Sign step; here, you'll find the date and time the signer was invited.

Additionally, in the "All Documents" tab, hover over the signers' initials – you'll see "(invited)" next to their name if the invitation has been sent.

Step 3:

If the invitation for signature has already been sent but the user/ signer has still not received the document, then you need to ask the signatory to check the Spam or any other folder they may have in their account.

You can also resend the invitation for signing the document by clicking on the envelope like Invite icon as shown below.

The signer will receive the document invitation email.
