What should I do if a user/ signer has not received the document?

This article explains what to do when a signatory has not received the document

To ensure the signer has received the document, start by confirming if the invitation for signature has been sent. Open the document and navigate to the "Sign" step; here, you'll find the date and time the signer was invited.

Additionally, in the "All Documents" tab, hover over the signers' initials – you'll see "(invited)" next to their name if the invitation has been sent.

If the invitation for signature is already sent but the user/ signer has still not received the document, then you need to ask the signatory to check the Spam folder in their email.

If there is still no invitation in the spam folder then you need to check whether the email address of a signatory is correct.
