You need to be a billing admin to be able to access receipts. You can find the steps to update the billing admin here.  

Step 1: Click on Settings.

Step 2: Click on Subscription.

This will direct you to the Payment App. You can also directly login to the payments app with the same login credentials that you use for Zegal app.

Step 3: Go to View receipts.

Step 4: The receipts can be downloaded in .PDF. Select and download your receipt.
