Recent Activities and E-certificates help you stay informed about your actions, maintain a clear record of activity, and download proof of your participation within your workspace.
Recent Activities
Recent Activities provides a quick overview of everything that has happened in a document. It shows a chronological list of the latest actions performed by different collaborators involved in the document.
How to access:
Step 1: Open the document.
Step 2: Click on the Recent Activities tab in the menu panel on the right-hand side of the document.
This feature shows each collaborator's activity, along with their IP address and timestamp.
E-Certificate
An E-certificate (or Certificate of Completion) is an official digital record that serves as an audit trail for a document's signing lifecycle. It verifies that a workflow has been completed and signed by all involved parties.
An e-certificate consists of three main components:
Document & Envelope Metadata: This section establishes the overall identity of the transaction, including the unique Envelope ID, Document ID, and the originating organization.
Signer Information: This section lists the verified details of each participant, showing their final signing status, security level, IP addresses, and completion timestamps.
Activity History: This section provides an exhaustive, chronological log of every action taken throughout the workflow, tracking everything from when the document was viewed and scrolled to the final signature and email distribution.
You can access your E-certificate after the entire document workflow is completed, meaning all members have finished their assigned actions.
How to access:
Step 1: Click the download icon at the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Select E-certificate to download your PDF copy.
Note: The E-certificate option is only visible after the workflow is completed.
The E-certificate serves as proof of your action and provides a verifiable audit trail for compliance and recordkeeping.
