The Bulk Reminder feature in the Contract Insight section helps streamline the process of managing multiple agreements by allowing you to send reminders for multiple contracts in just a few steps.
Step 1: Navigate to the Contract Insight Page and Go to the section/folder where your documents are listed (e.g., "PEI Student Contract").
Step 2: Select the documents for which you want to send the reminder to the signers who haven't signed, then click the 'Bulk Reminder' button at the top of the page.
Step 3:After clicking the Bulk Reminder button, a pop-up window will appear with two options: Custom Reminder and Instant Reminder.
Step 4: If you'd like to schedule automated follow-ups, use the Custom Reminder tab:
Set when the first reminder should be sent (e.g., after 1 day).
Choose whether to repeat the reminder at regular intervals until the task is completed or expires.
Step 5: To send reminders right away, simply select the Instant Reminder tab and click Send. (You can also write a custom message if you'd like to personalize the reminder before clicking Send.)
