How to set contract expiry dates?

Set contract expiration dates of document just by following few simple steps:

Step 1: Go to All Documents. Select any one document to add expiration details.

Step 2: Click on Key terms drawer icon.

Or click on the three dotted icon and select Add Key Terms to add details related to the document.

Step 3: Go to Key Term and add details like contact name, entity type, contract date, contract end date and description.

Note: Contract date and contract end date, both are very crucial in adding expiration date of the document. The document creation date should not be limited to consider as contract date, a date where a document gets valid after sending to the counter party can also be considered as contract date.

After clicking on Save, the contract expiration date of the document will set as requested.


You can also set contract expiry date by following these steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dotted icon.

Step 2: Click on Add Contract Expiry Date.


Step 3: Fill in the details on Key Term and then click on Save.
