How to Manage Contract Expiration on Cloud Drive Integration?

Now you can manage any of your contract's expiration date just by following simple steps.

Step 1: Go to All Documents.


Step 2: Select any one document to add expiration details.

Step 3: Click on Key terms drawer icon.

Or click on the three dotted icon.


And select Add Contract Expiry Date to add details related to the document.

Step 4: Go to Key Term and add details like contact name, entity type, contract date, contract end date and description.

Note: Contract date and contract end date, both are very crucial in adding expiration date of the document. The document creation date should not be limited to consider as contract date, a date where a document gets valid after sending to the counter party can also be considered as contract date.


Step 5: Click on Save.


Step 6: Click on Contract Expiring from the toolbar to see the document you added the contract details of (Meta Data).

Note: To view contract expiring within 3 months/ 6 months/ 12 months, select a button to view contracts expiring within that period of time.

For other documents, you can apply the same method to manage their expiration date.
