Step 1: Receiving an e-signing invitation. The counter party will receive an email from service@zegal.com with the following object: "You've been invited to sign a document on Zegal".

Once opened, the counter party will need to click on "Sign".

Please note that this email can sometimes be in the spam folder. So please ask the counter party to check there as well.

Step 2: Unlocking the document. Once the counter party clicks on the link, a new window will open asking for a code.

As a result, a second email will be sent from service@zegal.com to the counter party with the subject "Zegal verification code". This email contains a code allowing the counter party to access the document.

The counter party will input the code and click on "Next" to unlock the document.

Step 3: After the 'Next' button is clicked, the app takes to the document.

Step 4: The counter party is to sign and confirm the signature.

Step 5: Once everyone in the document signs, the document can be downloaded in .PDF only. This is to make sure no further changes can be made to the contract.
