You can easily share any document with your Teams by following these simple steps:
Step 1: From the left Menu panel, go to 'Template Library' and select the desired template by clicking on the 'Create'.
Step 2: Once the document is created, click on the dropdown icon in the top-left corner of the document editor (next to the document title).
Step 3: A list of all the teams in your organization will appear. Select the team you want to share the document with.
Step 4: To view the documents shared with your teams, go to 'All Documents' and navigate to the team you want to view. All the documents shared with the team will be displayed.
Share Multiple Documents to the Teams Folder:

To share multiple documents with a team, go to 'All Documents' and select the documents you want to share by clicking the checkboxes, and once selected, click βAdd to Folder,β as shown in the screenshot below.
Now choose the team you want to share with under the Teams Folders category, as shown in the screenshot. In this way, all the selected documents will be shared to the team folder.
