Now you can manage any of your contract's expiration date just by following simple steps.

Step 1: Go to All Documents.

Step 2: Choose a document for which you want to add expiration details.

Step 3: Click on Key terms drawer icon.

Or click on the three dotted icon.

And select Add Contract Expiry Date to add details related to the document.

Step 4: Go to Key Term and add details like Contact Name, Entity Type, Contract Date, Contract End Date, and Description.

Note: Both the Contract Date and Contract End Date are essential. The Contract (start) Date does not necessarily have to be the date of creation of the document. It can also denote the date the document becomes valid, after the document is signed by the counterparty.

Step 5: Click on Save.

Step 6: Click on Contract Expiring from the toolbar to view the documents with added expiration details (Meta Data).

Note: You can also filter the documents by expiry period-ranging between 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

You can use the same steps to manage expiration dates for any other documents.
